Job summary:

 

The Personnel will work with the General Manager to market for all Vectors cs services and to execute extensive search for potential offers. Support in developing insights and tools to ensure that information is readily available to facilitate the organization in achieving its business needs as well as the organization’s social media platforms and website content update and creation.

 

Description, roles and responsibilities:

• Ability to organize and collaborate with individuals at all levels, where required
• Support in formatting and editing proposal content.
• Creation and development of slides under guidance from the Manager.
• Desktop research for credentials, collateral, subject matter experts across the network
• Demonstrate understanding of key elements, terms, and processes found within a Consulting or professional services proposal.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in BIT, MIS, BA, or Public Relation

 

Language: Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic

 

Overall Experience: 3-5 years

 

Specific Experience:

• Basic research and account management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office packages

 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong Public Relations, communication, and writing skills.
• Independent worker • Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Capabilities with basic creative design (powerpoint, graphics, etc.) • Ability to multitask on projects • Quick learner • Basic research and account management skills • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, specifically PowerPoint
